The Oregonian is pondering why Multnomah County, homeless magnate, has based on population, a disproportionate amount of homeless deaths. They probably also can't figure out why the County has a disproportionate amount of murders. You really can't deal with a problem if the leftards running the state and the state's "leading" newspaper are so detached from reality that they can't figure it out, but if they could they might be able to do something about it.
