I was in NW PDX recently, had not been there in months. Damn, the fucking bums are living right on NW 23rd Ave. A GD porta potty right on the corner of NW 23rd & Lovejoy. Unfuckingreal. Saw this same chick twice wandering down the street wrapped in a blanket. Right down the street you have homes going for nearly $2M.
