Bush was essentially the Hunter Biden of Presidents. That's why Cheney kept him mountain biking around the WH grounds while he and Rumsfeld ran the country.

Go figure. Cheap hydro and coal power, no sales tax, low corporate income tax and some property tax abatement and pretty soon you are talking some serious investment. Sort of the anti-California, anti-dementia patient economic approach to growing businesses. Looks good until some Oregon AOC wannabe wants to kill the golden goose. Tri-Cities would be an alternative and other Oregon counties. Let the bidding begin.
