And while the Supremes do uphold precedent over 81 percent of the time they sometimes don't

Or should Dred Scott still be the law of the land

 
People forget that state sovereignty used to be a much bigger thing. People forget there was a time when the federal government had a limited set of powers and everything else went to the states.

I was never a slave or slave owner so Dred Scott is below my line.
