Yep, nearly everyone you see living in a tent out on sidewalk is a drug addict. We've made it easier for people to be drug addicts. We provide them with "free" drug paraphernalia. We've decrimininalized the sale and use of drugs and we've stopped enforcing the theft laws that people use to fund their drug habits. The state no longer has any stick to use to compel people to stop using drugs.
How many times have you heard the story about the former drug addict who found themselves at rock bottom when they were arrested and put in jail? Well, we no longer do that. We now encourage and help people kill themselves and make their communities less safe, more crime ridden and unliveable.

Got to love the liberals who just say that if we give people housing we'd no longer have a homeless problem. How big a fucking fool do you need to be in order think that people are homeless because they don't have a place to live? People are homeless on account of their behavior. Giving them a house doesn't change their behavior and without the change in behavior they would destroy and make unlivable any house you gave them and turn whatever neighborhood that house was in, into a shit-hole.

Almost every city has ample services available to get people off the streets. But they come with strings to compel people to turn their lives around. Just give them housing is the solution of people that deny the underlying problems.
Cities are flush with $$$$$$. I know this for a fact. They’re searching for ways to spend it. If the general public knew they’ve demand accountability of the $$$$$ Joey has printed and dispensed.

But they claim that they really care. Their policies actually make the problems worse, but actual results are not what is important, it is all about the feelz. Giuliani's policies were spectacularly successful and saved thousands of lives, but the left wants him to burn in hell for his success because they worked.
