Was at two stores last week with a "Masks Recommended" notice taped to the door. No one was wearing a mask. Of course, if someone wanted to, they were free to do so. One side promotes freedom and the other promotes fascism. But Trump was an authoritarian although no one ever says why. Even if you ask them. Repeatedly.

Well, the commie contagion has returned to Chile. They have a vote today whether to go full Cho Bai Den/Hugo Chavez and destroy their economy or continue with economic freedom. Appears they are going to choose poorly like we did.

Notwithstanding all this evidence, Boric is favored to win today’s election. Which would be a vote for national economic suicide – perhaps akin to the British people voting for the pro-nationalization Labour Party after World War II (described in this video, for those interested).

I hope I’m wrong, both about the results of the election and the potential changes to economic policy if Boric prevails.

Thousands of Venezuelans migrated to Chile to start new lives after escaping Venezuelas downfall.

It will be extremely ironic if Chile becomes "just like home."
