The idea behind the Strategic Petroleum Reserve was to provide the US with an emergency supply of oil in case of an emergency like an OPEC oil boycott on exports to the US or a hurricane which stops offshore oil production. It was not intended to offer a temporary supply of oil because the US governments energy policy has driven up oil prices. There is literally nothing leftards can't phuck up.

Leftards like the dazzler and the slobberer I think voted for free sh*t and the dazzler feels conservative tort reform that would imperil his ambulance chasing.
