Technically to not comply one has to set their clocks back to standard time then in the spring not reset their clocks. I think the entire country should go on central standard time and everything will work fine - won't confuses anyone
IN Arizona all one had to do over the weekend was nothing as far as setting clocks goes
The weird part is the NFL gaymes start at 11 instead of 10 all of a sudden. Also radio show tims get all weird or they're pre-recorded...then they aren't...or something
