Some neighbors who had been there at least five years suddenly took off. They were Spanish speaking, at least the parents were. High Amazon driver mixed up our packages in July so I spoke to the teenage kid briefly. Seemed nice. I don't miss the annoying rat dog yipping three hours per day though. I don't know what happened or why they moved, but the timing fits.
