My Jewish sister in law and 1/2 Jewish Niece and Nephew say Fuck Off!
 
Had an errand to run this morning into downtown Portland with the wife. Coming in off I-5 I was turning on Naito Parkway which runs along the westside of the Willamette River when we were passed by an ambulance with the lights flashing. Five blocks later caught up with the ambulance parked on the side of Naito along with a couple of police cars. The EMTs and two police officers were staring at a body of an obvious homeless man lying face down on the sidewalk. No assistance being offered. Looked like a homeless fentanyl death. First time downtown in months and yet managed to observe a dead body. Portland is definitely back baby.
