Sugar is by far the most the largest, insidious, most consequential addiction of them all. Maybe combined. The very crux of the Modern American Diet (MAD).
People have no idea. And when you try to quit cold-turkey, you will have a migraine for 2 days. It's fucking rough.
I write this as I snack on an ice cream oreo sandwich.
