Like the Dazzler, Jamie hasn't read the Constitution.

And, like most leftists, they severely underestimate the unintended consequences should a Constitutional Convention take place.

 
Go figure. We just need to spend more money for the homeless and also massive amounts for drug rehabilitation. Unfortunately, the government bureaucrats are incompetent, no one will get fired over this mess. And there are plenty of grifters willing to take government money and pocket it. Just look at the hundreds of billions of stimulus money that was stolen.
