Tom Osborne was quoted as saying:

"It's not as though Mixon is an angry young man all the time and a threat to society. I don't believe that. But there are occasions every four to five months when he becomes a little explosive."

He then went on to be quoted as saying ... He should be suspended until Big 12 play starts.

Someone on doogman actually posted that this is part of being young, we all made mistakes. Either it is the greatest woosh of all time by someone from this bored; or the person that posted this believes that young men going around punching women in the face is just part of the growing up process.

What's funny is that Griswold and Ektard's "character issues" to cover up for Sark will be turned on its head for the Petermen regime. Whereas when Sark would lose a kid, they would throw out "character issues" to excuse why he couldn't reel in a recruit. When Peetamus loses on a similar kid, it will now be because he can't relate to "edgy" players like Sarkisian could. And this isn't the Mountain West anymore.

Love the hire though.
