Misleading pricing that includes "potential savings" on gas, depending on how much you drive. The actual purchase price starts at $39k w/no options or color aside from white. Any color other than white costs at least another $1k for their notoriously shit paint jobs.

Many years ago, I learned through an "acquaintance" with impeccable sources that Eric Dickerson, while at SMU, drove a brand new 280Z...it was maroon, as in ATM maroon...he was also banking 50K per year of smooo booster bucks, plus some other goodies...
