But James Lofton is an excellent color commentator. Lots of insightful comments. The very best is Gruden but Lofton is really good.

I'm not sure who was calling the UCLA-whOregon (ROFL) game but they did a decent job. They didn't mind silence and unlike most announcers, didn't say stupid shit just so people knew they were there.
