Wazzu’s law school sucks

All this agreeing with Ducks and focusing enemy sights on SC and WSU is troubling.

A few posters here can confirm that WSU is my third favorite team behind the Huskies and whoever needs to beat whom ever to help UW. I’m laughing at their idiocy, not have my “enemy sights” on them. For one, they want to help UW by ending the Apple Cup because they are short sighted idiots. Number two, and most hilarious is their stupid quest for mythical “leprechaun gold” if they stupidly avoid joining the Mountain West because their fan base and Jon Wilner (I guess) are too stupid to comprehend basic contract law.

Those emotional idiots are going to relegate themselves to the Big Sky.

I’m sorry if you felt for some reason this was about you.

No member shall deliver a notice of withdrawal to the Conference in the period beginning on July 24, 2011, and ending on August 1, 2024; provided, that if any member does deliver a notice of withdrawal prior to August 1, 2024, in violation of this chapter,

Hey idiot Cougs: Washington, Oregon, USC, and UCLA aren’t withdrawing prior to 8/1/2024.

These idiots think they are entitled to a big pool of money, but that isn’t happening because nobody is leaving the conference prior to 8/1/2024.

They think someone on twitter saying the teams are leaving is giving official legal notice to the conference. I think they'll end up with something nice from the "war chest" but more than half of that 420 million value is going to comcast and the 8 teams peacing the fuck out.

These people are so fucking stupid. Beaver fans think the teams leaving are "double dipping". The pac-12 had 42.7 million left after the payouts for the 22 season. Payout per team was like 30 million. If the 420 is real and there's no escalation(and there probably is) of the payout in the final year of the contract, that's 60 million left for the Pac-4. Right on, good for you, seriously. But get a fucking clue. There's no 400 million sitting in an account waiting to be dispersed after revenue shares are.

Exactly. If there was that kind of cash laying around the Pac-12 offices, well ...

The latest wilner article says it will be from bowl payouts forfeited by the 8 and other residuals being paid out over the next few years, so perhaps there's more to it. At this point, good for them, I hope they don't go under. I'm too busy trying to find an airbnb in Bloomington for 2029 to care anymore.

Calimony is Cal receiving. under the Pac 4’s interpretation, Cal would get access to all that cash and should pay ucla.

This thread is a meaningless bandwidth massacre until our resident coug lawyer chimes in. Amirite, @creepycoug?

I've reviewed all the pertinent agreements and conference charter provisions, and have interviewed all relevant witnesses and other person's familiar with transactional history of these matters.

In my considerable legal opinion, Coug, per usual, has no case.
