Kinda surprised Dillon Johnson’s final run in the Pac CCG didn’t make the list.
Definitely think so. The Moore TD catch ended not being as big of a deal since they gave up a fucking touchdown the very next play.
Oregon Part I just kind of wasn't that memorable imo. 3rd conference game of the season, tiebreaker meant nothing without divisions, and just kind of a relief that we didn't shit the bed for GameDay. The critical play wasn't really the Rome TD, it was Bo showing how limited he was as a passer (as least rolling out like that) on 4th down to ice it for Oregon.
And it's the weirdest fucking W, where somehow every "neutral" media person walks away thinking you lose 7 times out of 10 to that team. Like only Pat McAfee wasn't acting like a flaming retarded piece of shit before/during/after that game. And maybe Herbstreit.

I don't know man certainly felt like one of the biggest you cannot lose this game games in Husky history. Would have really fucked up the season early and it played out that whoever lost this game had no change at the CFP even if they would win every game the rest of the way. Can't remember a game ever where I've went from lower to higher. Still made at Grubb and company for not doing anything with the ball up by 11 in the third. The media at least talked a lot about Washington the week after.
It really did at the time, yeah. But ~3 weeks later, maybe less it was obvious that there was going to be a rematch with almost no challengers since Arizona wasn't going to get a chance to play the ducks. Just how it felt for me.

It's the beauty of the old format of college football. A game can seem like the most important thing in the world, then not important, and then the most important thing in the world again. Losing to Oregon in Seattle in 2023 wasn't an optioned the team played like it. Outside of one ugly like 10ish minute stretch.

The Oregon missed kick was the most like blackout moment of elation I've ever been around in a stadium. The Apple Cup was kind of just like a quick release of relief and any celebration was more about reaching the 12-0 milestone.
Was that the one where our dummy laid the ball down at the 1 yard line? I don't remember anything about the Utah game other than that play, and I want even drunk.
