Can the football program take some notes from the fucking crew team? They’re such a consistent winner over time.
 
Such white privilege sport. I'm actually glad this school is good at something, even if it is the sport of White Wakanda.

While row boat and football couldn't possibly be more different as sports, at the end of the day coaching and development matters. UW rowing has been fortunate to have mostly good to great coaches over the history of the program. Callahan, the current coach, is an incredibly intense guy who gets every possible ounce of performance out of his guys. Basically the top corch in the country along with @Gladstone .

Yaz, the women's coach is elite too.

I would add that it matters to CARE, a lot. Washington cares about rowboat. Everything flows from there.
