Washington Supreme Court grants judges sweeping new powers to arbitrarily dismiss criminal cases

Washington residents are really screwed now. They'll let EVErYONE go. Get that CCW and stay strapped. Idaho is full.
 
The only solution to fixing the WSSC is to district it. Will never happen as it requires a constitutional amendment.
