One of my earlier memories. Driving the Alaskan Way Viaduct to the new Seattle Center up from the country of Olympia to the big city
 
99.9% certain The Throbber was conceived at the Seattle World Fair

Maybe not AT the World Fair but during the trip there.
 
I was there as a young'un- wasted many a day there. Rode the bus down from upper Rainier Beach (just north of Skyway) and the new-fangled monorail
