I'll say this for the weez ... gave me and my kids the best picture day experience I've had with any UW coach ever. the guy knows how to relate to people. compare/contrast with Gilbertson, who is literally a social fucking retard. Don James was barely any better, and I was around him once or twice at his Grapeview place where he should have been more relaxed. Didn't go to any picture day or other Husky functions during either of the Willingham or Sark eras (did not attend a game during either of said eras either) - Willy was obvious - another social retard, and Sark, well, I've known enough contrived confidence frat boys in my time; I didn't need to meet another one, so I skipped out.
Weezy though was a fucking ham. Easy to chat with, easy to get the kids pictures with him ... all of that good charm shit that people bitch about but secretly like. It would have been nice if it would have worked out here over the long run with Rick. But RN has a little Dennis Erickson in him ... guys like that eventually wear out their welcome. It's just their nature.
