Jordan Miller and Byron Murphy are way more prepared than our guys were in 14.
Miller is a junior, has played a bit and looked really good. He was a star in spring. That is way more experience than what Sid, Budda, Gardy or Hale had in 14.
Murphy is a RS Fr. He's been in the defense a year and they knew he would likely start. He will be good fast.
Joyner is a classic case where - even though he's struggled a little, guys with this staff get better. He should be good.
Bryant played last year and looked good. Was also a star in spring.
Then you add to that RS frosh Kent Love who has talent and maybe Elijah Molden.
Look, I love Kev, Budda and Sid as much as anyone; but it's clear to me that our team's success has been because we get the most out of talented players. We have talent. We will be good.
My guess is that they play better than average with peaks and valleys through Colorado, then they lock down and begin the road the greatness in Pac-12 play.
Murphy is special and I suspect Miller will be very King like.
