1) Vernon Adams, the new QB at Oregon. We've talked about him before, but he fits the discussion here. He put up jaw-dropping numbers at Eastern Washington and now will play with even better skill talent than what Marcus Mariota had as the Ducks have really improved at wideout. Plus, he'll have the visibility to keep voters' attention.

Now that He doesn't have to face the Weber State, Sac State and Portland State defenses of the world, he's destined to shine at this level.

He also gets to play 2 defenses that He has already reversed conical grater raped.
