This shit is on DeBoer. Kept the worst OL coach in the conference on staff for recruiting purposes. Hopefully our ace recruiter Courtney Morgan can find an offensive linemen that hasn't decided on his walk on offers between Kansas State and Arizona and snag the kid with a scholarship offer

At the basketballl game over the weekend - when DeBoer introduced them all.... Huff was the weakest. The beta. He knew that he didn't really belong there.

It’s pretty obvious DeBoner doesn’t know anyone. His coaching tree consists of a NAIA school, WAC, and the dregs of the Big 10. Even scooping up Shepherd and Inoke required stealing 'em from Purdue and Vandy, not Ohio State and 'Bama.

Clearly, he tried to replace Huff. Just didn't have a connection with anyone that was/is better.

Also, fuck the former staff. Huff was the only who recruited well on a regular basis. He doesn't get a pass for this year, but based on the field performance and the intel about the behind-the-scenes organizational failure, it doesn't help his case. Still, though, how do you not land one (one!) of these stud in-staters? The UW brand sucks again until it doesn't.

I still wouldn’t be surprised if huff is gone after signing day. The lack of visibility and effort is really bad. Like they know a change is coming.

There is some noise out there suggesting Vega was planning on signing with UW up until his in-home meeting with DeBoer.

Sounds more like Penn state made a late push after UW visited Ionae and Huff couldn’t keep him in the boat.
