Similar size to Shipley. Both guys probably bulk up to 280ish in our defense. Looks like Fillinger put on 14 pounds in 4 months already.

I think what tequilla is saying is that putting on weight and performing at the same or higher level like there was no change at all is not as easy as it sounds and rare when it's pulled off.

What I always talk about is getting someone like Bandes or Tuitele who are "natural" at their weight and size and then optimizing and let them loose after a couple of years.

They often do way better because their ceiling is high. Guys who have the "college body" when they are 16/17 worry me because they appear more developed but lower ceiling.
