From what I've pieced together he is Ballmer's god son and I wouldn't be surprised if Judd prioritized him to curry favor with Ballmer. It's a good idea. I had seen Twitter guy stuff saying that Ballmer may have come on board and that helped our high school recruiting class, but he obviously isn't he isn'jt going to waste the $50-60 million guys like Uncle Fill are doing now.

Ok finally some positive information. Now if they find 2 edge rushers another RB, another WR and 2 corners, the portal class can go from a D to a B and 8-9 wins is back on the table. Does anyone even give a shit about 8 wins? I suppose 9 would mean they won 1 they weren't supposed to?
Doing a deep dive on the roster and really think Judd is mostly riding with what they have other than at DT where they simply don't have enough bodies without bringing in portal players. They're also bringing in a lot of guys who have more than one year of eligibility left.
We've gone back and forth a lot about how good of a strategy it is. I don't think the roster is good enough to do more than they did the last two years as is and it's putting a ton of hope on young guys and quick development.
I would think it would be good for high school recruiting to point to being a progrum that doesn't recruit over high school players but who cares when you're coach is trying to leave ever week for whatever job opens up.

I agree and he's probably the 4th WR with depth setting up nicely since Rashid could get hurt again. People may have forgotten about Justice Williams since he was dinged for most of last year (only 2 catches for 28 yards at the beginning of the season against UC Davis) but he's 6'4", 212 pounds, and will be a RS-Soph.
I'm also intrigued by Deji Ajose, he's listed at 6'2" 200 lbs and has good physicality from his high school video. He'll be a RS-Frosh battling the highly rated true frosh for PT and will definitely be an asset on special teams.

Fisch needs a WR that can get open, especially when Williams is scrambling
Boston and Roebuck were the only ones who seemed to get open when Williams was under duress, so hopefully Moss can do that
