UW has lost a lot in the portal and gained some in the portal. The portal is a push so far. UW is a 7 win, regular season team right now. UW needs to buy a GOOD DT before the season starts to pair with Parker. (Fisch should make another $ donation to get this done.)
USC has lost a lot - they look like a 5-7 regular season win team at best - they don't have a legit QB that is better than Moss. I'd like to see UW try to get Pregnon, USC's best G, but he seems to be SEC bound right now. Silver, the good DT from Kentucky has portaled to USC…UW should have tried harder to get him.
I saw that Kentucky's good WR Dane Key is going to Nebraska - he will kill his high NFL draft status by going to a 200 yard/game passing team, in B1G play.

I wouldn't put any weight behind On3's transfer portal rankings, unless you think a player that had 76 tackles, 5.5 TFL, 3 INTs, 2 PD, 3 FF, and 4 FR is equal to a player who had 6 tackles and 1 PD
