Feels like USC is stuck in a no man's land. They took some years off in recruiting in the past 7 years or so and they haven't developed well. They won absolutely nothing when they had Caleb Williams. They've struggled ever since recruiting opened up more to where they have to compete more to not just keep the best players in California every year and then not have to fight off them not transferring.
