and what if the Supreme Court sides with USAID? Do you tell them to fuck off too? Are they also compromised?IGNORE THE DISTRICT JUDGES and move forward swiftly.
Let it go to the Supremes as quickly as possible

Arricle II couldn’t be more specific on executive power. If a single federal judge wants to supersede it, at the very least they shouldn’t have clear conflicts that should call for their recusal from stopping an otherwise legal act by the person in charge of the executive branch.IGNORE THE DISTRICT JUDGES and move forward swiftly.

Of course not. It’s the Supreme Court for a reason.and what if the Supreme Court sides with USAID? Do you tell them to fuck off too? Are they also compromised?IGNORE THE DISTRICT JUDGES and move forward swiftly.

If that happens, the executive branch is officially run by the courts and we live in a secular version of a neo-Kritocracy.
I think our first real constitutional crisis in decades will unfold if the powers of the executive branch are taken over by the judiciary. It’s not like it hasn’t happened before in the modern era.
Brazil is very close to it now.
that's not what they would say at all. the argument has never been allowing it to do what it wants. it's that Trump just shutting it down on his own is unconstitutional. So SCOTUS can demand that USAID be allowed to do whatever it wants? WHO calls the shots there?
They could be.and what if the Supreme Court sides with USAID? Do you tell them to fuck off too? Are they also compromised?IGNORE THE DISTRICT JUDGES and move forward swiftly.

anyone who doesn't agree with Daddy is corrupt.
Ho-Lee Shit, how could a judge be so dumb as to not double-check the assertions in their ruling? Before I was kicked out of law school, even I knew that.It would be nice if the judge wasn't as dumb as a fucking rock. Or our leftists
Hey, dumbass. Where were you when biden defied the Supreme Court?lmfaoand what if the Supreme Court sides with USAID? Do you tell them to fuck off too? Actually I am reading through the 68 page ruling and the judge doesn't say that. He acknowledges JFK created USAID but that in 1998, "Congress specifically established USAID in statute through the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act (FARRA) of 1998."It would be nice if the judge wasn't as dumb as a fucking rock. Or our leftists
That's because Congress is stealing all the money. End this shit show! We control Congress. Those who vote against it is the enemy.Actually I am reading through the 68 page ruling and the judge doesn't say that. He acknowledges JFK created USAID but that in 1998, "Congress specifically established USAID in statute through the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act (FARRA) of 1998."It would be nice if the judge wasn't as dumb as a fucking rock. Or our leftists
He then talks about what the Executive Office and Secretary of State could do under FARRA but also says, at the bottom of page 43, "Since FARRA, Congress has not granted the President direct statutory authority to reorganize, reconstitute, consolidate, or abolish the agency. Indeed, Congress has rejected efforts to eliminate USAID outright."
If the White House appeals this to the Supreme Court, I see them losing. It's a shame but if the White House drags this out long enough, most of the grifters will likely move on to more productive jobs that don't rely on American taxpayers to fund their lifestyles. Then USAID could be a leaner, meaner org with only those who love the USA remaining. Instead of a spending $40 billion per year, perhaps spending only $5 billion would force the org to actually account for where the money is going.
The big issue is that the Constitution does not grant executive power to Congress. Congress has spending authority but the administrative authority is with the President. Leftards wish to believe that a government agency can run independently and have no outside supervision. There is no Constitutional authority for this.Actually I am reading through the 68 page ruling and the judge doesn't say that.
