Tests are increasing but the main driver behind the rise in cases is because of the higher positive test rate which indicates the virus is spreading in communities again. 8.1% positive test rate today vs 4.9% 3 weeks ago, an increase of 65%. My 10 year old nephew can comprehend those numbers but let me know if I need to dumb it down even further.
