Baird says the same thing and hates talking about coaching firings but he was Johnny on the spot talking about Sonny Dykes demise.

As for Baird, his kids didn't starve and I doubt he even had to cut back on his booze habit.

Baird is being a fuck bag with this and he knows it. These coaches have CONTRACTS!!! When you can a coach all that means is he's no longer coaching for you, but you will still be paying his ass. Why do you think Rick volunteered at a high school after Babs let him go? He was still the highest paid college coach in America. His assistants were all being paid too.

The only reason why assistants scramble to get a job is you'll never make head coach by not coaching.

I can see it now. "In James first five years he only played in two bowl games while Sark has led UW to four bowl games in five years. Lambright only led them to three bowl games. Sark is the first coach to ever lead the Huskies to four bowl games in his first five years".

I wish I was wrong but you know that "stat" will come out by Kim, Eklund, F3, Baird and Softy.
