For reasons I don't understand, the reactions are now part of a pop up instead of visible in a row like we've always had it. I stated how we would prefer it but I'm told it's not possible with the new format.

In my opinion this kind of stuff is either pussification by the engineers that don't want to figure out how to include all of the awesome's/likes/fuckos with the paged data or a product manager that prefers it to conserve space, since you need to start wrapping the previous way.
It's a bad solution for mobile, but whatever.
What I don't understand is that I raised the issue multiple times about how our chincredibles "heart" had turned into a gray dot, and I wanted to get our hearts back. Suddenly the gray circles disappeared without any comment from my contact. When I brought it up I was told that it is no longer possible to have them shown, but that she solved the problem by making the pop-up list. I do not agree that that solves the problem, and I told her that it was a favorite feature of our posters here and that it adds to the visual appeal of the site.
