In a separate note, while I’ll probably not agree with a lot Spencer Cox says, I do appreciate his words to America. That was what a true leader does. Not the ones that point fingers when not all facts are in.

Yeah, nothing says FBI competence and leadership like the Bureau under barry and the dementia patient. Turning the FBI into the dem's Stasi and hunting down Catholics and parents at school board meetings fighting the trans lobby was buck' style of competence and leadership. Toss in the FBI trying to get Trump impeached and jailed.

Being an attorney is about winning. Truth has become secondary in the courtroom.
Facts can be true and not result in truth.
You use facts in your poast here that you think are true but don't tell the whole story or are inaccurate (sometimes they can be purposely misleading in court) to bolsters your side of the argument.
Truth is what you really need to search for, and we don't always get to the truth because of omission or deception in some cases.
Attorneys in many cases (not all attorneys) are in$entivized to win above finding the truth

Edit.. sometimes the truth comes out after the damage to the innocent has been done

The greatest barrier to truth is the assumption you already have it.

Yeah, bucky cares about competence and yet felt that after one day Patel was incompetent because the shooter hadn't been captured. But the massive incompetence and corruption of the FBI under the dems is not to be discussed.
Losers lose and don't want to discuss why they lost and refuse to adjust their game plan to move forward. Sound familiar? Dems don't need to discuss or adjust their policies, they just need better messaging and kill the messengers on the right.

Your lawyer is free to make up and twist facts if he wants. If I catch those mistakes (and I would) I would exploit them and destroy his case instantly.
