Now chicks want to keep the money AND out their alleged assailants. It's going to fuck over the gals who may have valid claims.

Dudes are going to lawyer up big time on defense lawyers and skip the settlement phase. If there's a risk of losing both dollars and reputation, they'll just say fuck it and go to war. Burden of proof is now on the gal.

Arizona absolutely deserves Butch Jones ...

There's no way that I'd ever want to work at a place where after a 10 week investigation of unsubstantiated claims that I'm fired just so that the University doesn't come across as condoning the behavior and have to pay material damages in the pending lawsuit.

I'm absolutely all for holding people accountable for their actions ... but at the same time we're at a point where we're way too easy to claim that people are guilty until proven innocent ... and in some cases, there's no way to prove innocence on this.

That's really every pretend lawyer's advice to the client who says, "they'll never find that!" Yeah, dumb fuck, they probably won't.
