Awful doctor. He doesn't take the time to listen. My mother was having issues sleeping. Instead of asking her about her lifestyle habits, what she's eating, what meds she's taking, etc... he quickly comes to his own conclusion and misdiagnoses her with depression. Dr Siler gets irritated easily and is not a personable person. He lacks medical knowledge and does not follow professional procedures in diagnosing a patient.

I had a few heart murmurs a few months ago for a few weeks

The doctor said they wanted a full EKG of my heart. I said hold on their a second shouldn’t I get a full blood test and physical first? She agreed that it wouldn’t hurt

Found out I had criminally low potassium levels and was eating way to much sugar. So my BP was 160/100 when it had been 120/80 for years. Potassium effects your heart and people can die from it if not treated

I started snarfing 4-5 bananas a day and reduced my sugar intake in half and wallah….within a week everything was gold.

Now I do have to keep this up for months so my body stabilizes. If I go off schedule for 4-5 days now I will revert to some murmurs. But if I keep the pattern of excercise, potassium and low sugar up for months than I can help offset all the years of abuse on my body. My diet was the reason for everything, my heart was a mere side effect and my heart rate and BP are back to normal

Thanks.

The doctor didn’t even mention diet during my discussion with her. It was crazy.

After I found out that seriously low potassium levels can be fatal I went and ate 3 bananas at once. I didn’t have a murmur the rest of the day. It was crazy.

Good for you

I also beat high blood pressure naturally with the doctor telling me it was impossible

Winners win

I went pretty much KETO some time ago. I was a type 2 diabetic. A1C now 5.3-5.5. Was never real high. Off one med docs wanting to keep the other med for heart health benefits. Just cut carbs way down. Meat eating machine. Cholesterol is 103-120 but I am on a statin and the cardiologist doesn't want me to stop that either for same heart health reasons.... I get some things others elude me.
