Not a fan of BYU but they are out west so I sort tend to root for western teams against eastern teams, then again I like Elvis more than Mormons, so I'm conflicted whom to root for.

Memphis is better than I expected... guess that is why UCLA had a hard time against them.

They never seem to run out of unimportant bowl games attended by hundreds of fans. They probably gave thousands of free tickets to Haitian boaters and it's still 1/3 full.

I know a Mormon guy who was telling me BYU fans would really show up for the bowl. He said they have fans all over the country so away games are well attended by local BYU fans, in addition to them traveling well. Looking forward to throwing this in his face so I can be right.

All over the country = Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, California and Colorado.

I'm actually surprised there aren't more. I mean, it's hard to tell because the four letter is showing really tight crowd shots. There aren't more than a few thousand though.

My brother lives in the Miami-W. Palm corridor and I've seen those topless Latin girls on S. Beach. Maybe that scared off the Mormons.
