What's sad is when grown men want to play cutsie with semantics and ignore the fact a kid is dead. He may not have had any interaction with the driver, but still dead none the less.

The driver admitted to going after a person who he thought was a member of a "republican extremist group". Maybe he ran down the wrong guy, but the fact is he admitted to 911 that he was going after the kid and now he's dead/.

It wasn't that long ago here in Georgia when a father and son saw a young black kid jogging and thought he had been stealing from their job sites. Shotgun is fired, kid is dead.

Seems like being coy with vigilantism is ok if the victim is conservative and white.

So the story is the person who ran over and killed the guy on purpose said he thought the person he killed was a republican extremist and was going to get friends to come after him. So he killed him with his car. Upon investigation, it appears the person killed was not a republican extremist nor was going to get friends to go after the guy. In Herr Dazzler mind this means the guy was not killed because he was an republican extremist, even though the suspect said he killed the guy because he thought he was a republican extremist and Dazzler is holding this up as "the media jumped to conclusions"

So- has the killer changed his story in any way? Is he, the murderer, saying he lied to 911 operators about his motive?

But keep going with your story that a drunk man lied to the cops about the reason he ran over the guy and intentionally killed him.
