June 30th was the last day to give notice for leaving the Pac-12 in 2024 (two year notice is required) without penalty, so any further announcements of conference changes as this point will cost those respective schools money. SC and UCLA fucked the rest of the teams without any notice. Meanwhile the commissioner was on vacation…..

Question; if you leave a conference, do you tell them to “come get it” when they ask for the penalty? I suppose damages would be easy to establish, but still.

This may be true and UW and Oregon can avoid penalty by saying they’re leaving in 2025. By time things shake out, there may not be a PAC12 left.
