Everybody knows the Ducks are guilty, but proving it is a different story. Phone records without the transcripts of the communications doesn't cut it. If there was anything, the defense would have backed up the claims of Oregon offering a substantial amount of money with actual evidence, which they didn't have. Oregon is just better at cheating than other schools, simple fact.

I will not argue that Oregon tried to pay the kid and his family. I'm sure they did. But the NCAA would need a hell of a lot more evidence to act.

Every college basketball team pays kids. It's 10000x dirtier than football. Kansas doesn't even try to hide it. No one cares.

Who here said he’s done it the “right way”? All I know is he can coach and recruit. I don’t care how he does it as long as he doesn’t get caught.
