@GrandpaSankey True!1!!Your eyes are as good as mine
Because they'd rather go to UCLA where nobody cares about their performance except the blondes they're fucking? How can the two guys from WA that UW offered not flip to the Huskies?
The key will be whether your office chair can keep the kids on the roster and away from the portalBecause they'd rather go to UCLA where nobody cares about their performance except the blondes they're fucking? How can the two guys from WA that UW offered not flip to the Huskies?
Oh, and the barometric pressure is much nicer in socal.
A lot unless the interim guy is hugely popularHow many of these guys take a Red Shirt year ?
Yes and since they are still in high school, they haven't be tainted all that much by the powder blue.Took a long, hard look at UCLA's roster and don't see much of anything. Only one I can think of is WR Gilmer, but heard he fell asleep in a meeting on his OV to UW. The two commits from WA basically are only getting attention because they're from here.
I usually like UW to try and take anyone instate who is good enough to play at the Big 10 level. I get though that you'll get guys who might be willing to overpay someone and/or you can get someone out of state who is just as good or better for a similar price now.I don't think UW has a OL commit from O'Dea. The Michigan State commit probably isn't dynamic though I think they still want David https://247sports.com/Player/david-schwerzel-46135268/ (likely to grow into a 3 tech).
If they had to pick, they probably want the O'Dea DT from the 2027 class:
Tevita Nonu, O'Dea , Defensive Line
I don’t much follow recruiting (HcH only) and the occasional blurb in the S.Tims. Interesting Woolley, that makes sense so of course it hadn’t crossed my mind (the NIL angle). I hate this era of college ball, reminds me of how money ruined boxing in my opinion with the different promotions only thinking about $ and lining their own pockets. The Don King types pulling all the strings like the tv networks. Now’s the time we could have used some NCAA teeth but they screwed the pouch years ago.I usually like UW to try and take anyone instate who is good enough to play at the Big 10 level. It seems to me UCLA stopped caring about football the same time UW did, but then didn't half change their mind the way UW did. I think even a lot of west coast fans don't realize how strong their historical metrics are. Up until this year they also always sneaky have more draft picks on their team than you think. It is hard to imagine how UCLA can be such a fucked up program. They have literally everything to offer, especially if you consider academis (which I generally don't for football). Beautiful campus, beautiful weather, great overall location, producer of some legendary players. They are still, what, #3 with the most Pac titles and only one behind Washington? It's not like they've never put it together.
But they have been in the ghetto for a very long time. Spend too much time there and you don't come back ever.
