Medina's father told the Los Angeles Times he had spoken to his son Monday.

"He told me that he didn't do it," Jose Medina said.

Marquez's mother told the Times her son is a hardworking student who wanted to become a doctor and she did not believe the allegations were true. She said she had seen him Saturday, a day before he was arrested near his Westwood apartment.

"He's a perfect son, a perfect person," she said in Spanish via translator. "A perfect boy."

This is going to be pretty hard to prove. As with any murder of a young white woman in the Southwest the last two Hispanic males to contact her are immediately arrested to keep the media and populous at bay.

Then the trial won't be for another two years. The two Hispanics will plead way down to something that has nothing to do with the murder and they'll be let go that day for time already spent. By that time no one will care anymore. The DA gets two more convictions and everyone wins.

Rinse and repeat.

I doubt it. It's a white sorority bitch. Careers are made from these type of cases.
