Don't roll your window up on a cop during a stop. Especially with tinted windows. This is common sense- unless you're a wide receiver.
Hill pays off the women and children he beats up yet had the audacity to do a fake arrest celebration after his TD. The TV cameras cut away from it which is something they never do.

Can't say for sure the cop was overbearing. You have a guy roll up his tinted window and you have no way of seeing if there's a weapon. Hill took away his right to be treated decently when he made that move.
