There was no formal charge or case and he probably told the coaches that the girl tweeting about it was bat shit crazy. Turns out he was the one who was lying and you have to move on asap which Fisch did.
The girl pressing him about it this afternoon with the FS "Gotcha, you knew about this back in December!!!" should have to formally apologize to Fisch.

Illinois just made a tourney run with their best player already being charged with rape. Players can sue if they are benched without due process. Probably how Sam Adams never had his offer pulled. Tybo definitely needs to go guilty or not. Jail or fresh start is needed.
