He had one of the better improvements from last year. He went from an ok player that did what he was supposed to most of the time, to a legitimate impact player in the second half of this year. He's no gainsey or vea but he will be significantly above replacement next year

This is pretty big. He's the only interior DL who could anchor against blockers and still come off to make a tackle or at least get a piece of an rb.

Easily the best front 7 player we have coming back on paper. Takes pressure of guys like Parker needing to do anything more than just keep getting better at the pace he was the last month or so.
