So, yeah, what evidence do we have that Joe Biden knows he has given up his candidacy and released the delegates pledged to him? We haven't seen him. He's been sick with Covid. When last we heard from him in person he was defiantly clinging to the candidacy, apparently still believing that he is the one person who can save the world from Donald Trump. We were simply handed written statements.
Shapiro imagines Joe Biden shocked to hear that he's dropped out. He could be shocked because he didn't actually agree to drop out, but he could be shocked because he actually is something like what Ben Shapiro calls "totally senile" and he doesn't remember or understand what he did or supposedly did yesterday. I can't buy into this theory, but this is a major, major decision affecting the country. Until Biden signs on the line that he's withdrawing, we should not permit him to withdraw (or to be withdrawn by others).
We require a signature and a witness for most legal matters. But in this case, we're taking the word of a twitter account run by anonymous propagandists?

Supposedly Biden's White House staffers only learned that Biden was "dropping out" from the tweet that was written and posted by someone other than Joe Biden.
 
There have to be legal documents to sign to put Harris as the primary candidate on the campaign fund. I assume Joe would have to sign something, too, outside of him being incapacitated.
 
According to reddit republicans are in complete disarray and freaking out over biden dropping out.
Umm what? Trump was on video like 2 days after the debate saying he'd drop out and it'll be Kamala. They haven't attacked Biden in weeks
 
Actually, the cover-up began during the 2020 campaign where access to the dementia patient was limited to the basement and he wouldn't take a cognitive test like Trump took. Today he couldn't pass a driver's license test or change his will. If Dr.Jill was an independent caretaker, the kids could sue her for elder abuse. And yet he remains the supposed President of the US with no call from the dems for him to step down or have Kameltoe and the Cabinet institute the 25th amendment.

The Wall Street Journal today reports on the start date of the cover-up -- October 2021. The setting: Biden's infrastructure bill. The stakes: His main legislative agenda. Biden's focus ... almost entirely absent:
President Biden had just finished trying to persuade a group of congressional Democrats to pass a $1 trillion infrastructure bill when Nancy Pelosi, then the House speaker, took the microphone.
In 30 minutes of remarks on Capitol Hill, Biden had spoken disjointedly and failed to make a concrete ask of lawmakers, according to Democrats in the room. After he left, a visibly frustrated Pelosi told the group she would articulate what Biden had been trying to say, one lawmaker said.
"It was the first time I remember people pretty jarred by what they had seen," recalled Rep. Dean Phillips (D., Minn.), who would go on to mount an unsuccessful primary challenge against the president.
That was October 2021. That month was the last time Biden met with the House Democratic caucus on the Hill regarding legislation.

Gee, I wonder if the usual Fake News Liars will once again denounce a WSJ story about Biden's dementia as "thinly-sourced partisan lies"?

Little flashback from July 8: Biden's WH physician, who of course repeatedly lied about Biden being "fit for duty" and who studiously avoided administering a cognitive function test -- or administered one, then lied about having done so -- was a partner in the Biden Crime Family, benefiting from Middle Class Joe's ability to shape policy for personal enrichment.
