Wife has a 2017 Ford ST manual transmission racer that needs Ethonal-free Premium and it was $3.69 in Bozeman last weekend when I filled it. I’ve had it up to 135 before but was comfortable going any faster, even in a deserted highway.

I agree west coast gas prices are bad and have been for a long time, but pulling random numbers out of your ass that don't exist isn't the way to solve it, either.
Yeah, the way to solve the problem is more carbon taxes, more direct taxes on gasoline, shutting down oil refineries in Cali, deny drilling permits, tax flare offs etc. So you admit there is a problem and as usual you offer nothing to do with fixing the problem except bite at ankles.
