Trump announces huge sanctions on Russia …. Maybe?

The Russians stepped up their attacks when Marcon opened his tranny loving mouth.
Trump putting sanctions on the Russians puts pressure on the Euros to actually have a spine and quit buying Russian oil.
 
Sanctions don’t work really anymore because the alignment of the BRICS nations and others like India. Europe is fine to trade with Russia or through proxies like India. We saw that with Biden’s 2022 sanctions that were supposed to end the war.
 
Can we be honest for a second Throbber? There’s no sanctions coming. Trump isn’t liking his toughness on Russia being questioned (legitimately) so this is damage control.

‘Don’t worry, your Russian/North Korean values will most likely remain intact.
 
Until Germany stops funding this war for Russia by purchasing energy from Putin, none of it matters.
Trump turned off the Uncle Sucker money spigot. I’m guessing a ceasefire is announced by the end of March.
 
Sounds like you want sanctions on Russia. Please outline what those would be and how they would have an impact on them.
 
While BRICS creates some challenges for the effectiveness of sanctions, it’s dumb to say that sanctions don’t work anymore. Sanctions are still powerful under the right circumstances.
Sanctions have significantly impacted Russia’s economy, leading to a contraction in GDP, foreign investment is down, and they have no access to international financial markets. They wont have the ability to sustain prolonged conflict and only Trump will save them. 
While some countries may continue to trade with Russia, many others have adhered to the sanctions, creating a substantial collective impact. The alignment of BRICS doesn’t negate the broader international consensus against certain actions.
Finally, sanctions serve as a form of diplomatic leverage, signaling international disapproval and isolating the targeted country. This isolation can lead to internal political pressure and incentivize negotiations (which Trump just surrendered). That was sort of an EverettChris dumb statement, Bob
 
 I were King of the United States, I would do the following:
 
  • Target more Russian banks and financial institutions, including those involved in international transactions to further isolate Russia from the global financial system.
  • Impose stricter sanctions on Russia’s energy exports, especially on oil and gas, to significantly impact its revenue. This could include measures to prevent countries from purchasing Russian energy products
  • Expand restrictions on the export of high-tech goods and industrial equipment to Russia to hinder its technological and industrial capabilities
  • Implement secondary sanctions on entities and countries that continue to do business with Russia to deter third parties from circumventing primary sanctions
  • Sanction luxury goods and services, including high-end real estate, yachts, and private jets, anything we can fucking think of to target the wealth and lifestyle of Russian elites
  • Expand the list of individuals subject to travel bans and asset freezes, including more government officials, oligarchs, and their families, to pressure influential figures within Russia

Nice ChatGPT response. Biden and everyone sold them as the answer to ending the war early on. Don’t rewrite history there. The sanctions were far less effective than planned.

What’s the endgame here? Western European countries such as Germany rely on Russian exports for energy.
Is the long plan to overthrow Russia, remove Putin from power, and then Germans and their lackey countries take control of the Russian people and govern them? More German expansionism yet again, with a government almost as authoritative as Russia’s in personal freedoms.
Spell it out for me because as I see it, it’s largely about controlling carbon-based energy production while also claiming to be “Green.”
Just say it out loud and sell this war that way

I’m just wondering if Europe gong to war with Russia to take over their carbon fuel resources is the plan.
I can’t figure out why else they’d care. Russia’s army is a joke, but they might have China’s backing.
