State officials have also said that pumping to move water south from the Delta has nothing to do with the local fire response in Los Angeles.
Trump’s executive order focuses largely on the federally operated Central Valley Project, one of the state’s two main water delivery systems in the region, which transports water from the Delta to farmlands that produce almonds, pistachios, tomatoes and other crops.
The CVP ends in the southern San Joaquin Valley near Bakersfield and does not reach Southern California’s urban areas to the south.

It's not magic. But more water is better than less water. It was you and Team Dazzler that doubled or tripled the population of So Cal with no corresponding investment in water infrastructure or timber and brush clearing and even after the fire had no policy change on allowing land to be cleared and cleaned up and no increase in water availability. That's what is retarded and I see no introspection of failed past policy from your leftard side. Just more increases in the cost of gasoline, banning gas water heaters and apparently subsidizing egg prices.
