Troy will most likely commit to Oregon before visits can take place. Jimmy and Junior's job will be to get him to visit once visits can happen rather than just saying "oh well" and moving on to recruits that they don't really have to put as much effort into.

Based on what we've seen so far, I fully expect them to do the latter and then we'll hear a bunch of "Troy loves UW but the staff likes the guys they have"
