I think they have 24/7 surveillance on this place

MrsIAmNotinLebam cousin's better half bro is the guy that played the coach on the show. When I met him he was kind of down playing his acting and stuff and all the relatives are mentioning it to me, bragging about their relative, until I broke it to them that I have never seen the show. Stuck a pin in their balloon. They still talk to me... that was years ago and I still have not seen the show.

camped out in central Texas beginning of hill country - one thing I noticed and the relatives were laughing about it also, was the wind turbines. Texas is very conservative but just like every place else, the folks that run the local politics are the folks that love control. Thus the local municipalities try to implement covid restrictions and go along with Washington, DC politics. Heading east out of San Angelo we ran into a wind turbine forest

it went on for miles, the relatives were laughing because last winter they all froze up. As we continued on those damn things were creeping in on us - it was a sneak attack from the flank but I was cruising and escaped in time

86 degrees today

Finally made our winter (at least a month anyway) location of Coldspring, Tx and the weather caught up to us. Was out and about checking out the area when it started raining. When it rains in Texas just north of the Gulf Coast it rains.

Was 70 deg and 110% humidity. Tornado warnings just south of us, flood warnings near us, lightning strikes every where.

I had left the windows open next to the bed and spent all afternoon drying the mattress out.
this is the view looking out the window at 11AM shortly after we got home - good close up of rain drops is about all I got

Officially a Texan, at least in paper.

and soon to be on the move again. paid up at this place thru the 16th but damn I do not see how anyone lives in the Houston area. Daytime temps in the 70-84 range and 90% humidity then cooling down to 68-73 degrees at night - Shit it is the sound of an air conditioner going all day and night long. We are going 158 miles north to Tyler, Tx where supposedly it gets down into the 40's and 50's at night.

I think my wife and I both are getting antsy to be traveling again, I told her we could be just hopping around various places in the South all winter if she wants. I know we are not going to be here in the summer. ever. not going to happen.

There’s no good weather anywhere in Texas.
